Beautiful Backyard Tent Wedding for Carli & Brian by Decco by Party Up Productions

What a beautiful day for a fall backyard wedding!  Sincerely Yours Events brought together the perfect team to transform the client’s gorgeous property into the wedding of their dreams!  Carli and Brian were looking to bring the touch of home with the feel of elegance together that they all can enjoy!  Decco by Party Up along with NY Tent, Black Dahlia, Matt Murphy Lighting, Nydia Rose Photography, Christopher Michael Catering, Madison Grey Media, and After Hours Entertainment were able to transform their private residence in Bay Shore, NY into just that.  From ceremony to the after hours, we worked together to turn their special day into the magical one they were looking for.  For cocktail hour we brought in lounge vignettes and accent pieces to warm up the space, with bistro lights over the area to bring it all together.  Our broad street bar was placed around a large tree that we hung lanterns in and had our bistro lights out of.  We used the patio for catering tables and extra table seating, so the guests had plenty of space to mingle and relax throughout the night.  Matt Murphy Lighting and Black Dahlia florist decorated NY Tent’s beautiful sailcloth tent into an elegant romantic space with lighting, hanging lanterns, florals and greenery.  As guests entered the reception tent, we provided the mirror seating chart and hedge walls.  Inside we provided the main broad street bar and gold back bar, rustic sweetheart table with vintage loveseat, dessert table, lounge vignette and personalized hedge wall for their photo booth backdrop. With little touches throughout the yard, ladder rack for greetings and favors, drink cart for welcome drinks and specialty cocktails, everything came together in a picture perfect night.  It truly was a magical evening for a lovely family with a wonderful team!
