IIS Technology Holiday Party Produced by Decco by Party Up Productions

IIS Technology approached Decco by Party Up Productions to create and design their Holiday Party. Held at The Broad Street Ballroom, this 5,700-square-foot space, was the prefect venue for the event. The classically inspired interior presented an elegant old New York society experience adorned with thirty-foot tall, bronze-capped mosaic columns, original to the building’s construction.

This was a huge party for IIS Technology that I was extremely proud to be apart of. Working with our friends at Elegant Affairs is always a pleasure I’m glad they were involved.

Patrons to the Holiday Party walked a Purple Carpet with Silver Stanchions & Black Ropes to enter the Ballroom. Upon entering guests were greeted by our Ice Queen Models, and Statue of Liberty Stilt Walker. A custom GoBo with the IIS Technology Logo spilled across the wall, with LED Up Lighting and Pinspot Lights sparkling the room, begging the eye to scan every part of room and take in the decor and furniture.

Furnishing the whole event space was no easy task. With one large Silver Tequila Bar at 16’, (3) Food Stations consisting of a 16’ Taco Bar & a 8’ Steak House Station catered by Elegant Affairs, and a 24’ Sleek Black Communal Table, Decco had their hands full with just the service side of the room. There was also a (60) Seat Mixed Lounge consisting of Large Black Chairs, Black Leather Ottomans, Black Chesterfield Couches, End Tables, and Coffee Tables filled with Custom Branded Throw Pillows and Purple Throw Pillows.

As the night progressed and cocktails continued to be poured, Patrons were dazzled and mesmerized by our (2) Silk Aerialists. Their moves glided through the air and the 250’ of Bistro Lighting hung by Decco.
